Default u-joint removel

I was working on the eiger today and noticed a small oil leak where the drive shaft goes int to the back of the engine. So now i need to replace the oil seal which is only $10 but i have to remove the u-joint to get to the center bolt that holds the yoke in. I just put a new one in a couple of months and rember how big of a pain it was. Does anyong have any tricks to pulling them off without destroying them. Ive seen tools online to remove them but they are pretty expensive. Thanks for any help.

The way I've always done it is...use a c-clamp and an old socket on the other end of it to push out the cup. I know it's a pain mainly because there is not alof of room to work, but I always found a c-clamp to work.
