I have a 95 magnum and I developed a problems starting it. I replaced the battery and still can not get it to turn over it seems as the compresson is so great I can't even pull it over with the pullcord. no its not froze, because fooling around with it enough I can finally gett it to pull start but by that time I;m to exhausted to ride. then after it has warmed up I then can start it with the electric start. Please pass on any idea's

 

Your automatic decompression maybe acting up. If the Magnum is equipped with one.
