Default moose customer service

I put a moose plow on my atv. The first time I used it I somehow popped the spring pin on the skid when shoveling out after I hung up. It only took a few scoops and I was free but when I finished the skid was gone buried somewhere in a bank. I emailed Moose about my disapointment in their design and they promised to send me a new skid. I thought this was very nice of them since I will admit it was partly my fault I could have checked it after shoveling but who would think of that. I will replace the spring lock pin with a standard linch pin though. I just wanted to share a company that stands behind the product with great service.

By the way the county style plow is great.

I second the customer service...

I bought some lights and they don't have instructions...not being the brightest bulb on the tree with electric things I asked for help and their tech guy is going to write me up some instructions...he said he would even draw me a picture.

Quick response on the emails also...
