im guessing a bad/loose ground somewhere. do you know what the fuse runs to? check the battery ground and look around for anyother grounds you may have. im sure your system is not just sending too much power to that circut for the fuse to blow

if you have had the ATV for a while and this is a new problem, something has changed. new battery, a loose conection, or possibly a regulator/rectifier is going out.

ok, do a load test on the battery, you will need a volt meter. if its over/around 14v that can cause you to blow fuses.

I got the new battery and was plowing for about 3 hours the next time I was plowing the fuse started to blow replaced the fuse turned on the key and as soon as the power came on the fuse blew again. then I replaced the contactor for the winch and plowed for about and hour and the fuse blew again.I pushed it inside and when I started working on it later it was on again then it started blowing the fuse again later it was on again and that is when my brother and law bounced on the footrest and it blew again
