Grizzly A-arm removal

Default Grizzly A-arm removal

Is there any special trick to remove the a-arm from the ball joint? I have the castle nut and cotter pin off, and the a-arm is already off the frame side, but I cant seem to get it off the ball joint bolt.

a piece of brass
and a big hammer..............i think there's also a special forked tool to drive it apart.
