I have a 2006 king quad 700 and the screen shows the machine is in 4wd but it is not in 4wd. No matter what I do with the switch the 4wd stays on the display. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on how to diagnose what is wrong? Any help would be great. Thanks

 

Not real sure on this machine but I have heard about the actuators that move it from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive sometimes have motor issues. If the motor is no good then it won't go into 4 wheel drive but the light will say it is. Maybe check that out.

 

I have an 2007 and have the same issue the 4wd light stays on wether the button is depressed or not and it will not engage in 4wd. The realy is not clicking and I replaced it still nothing?? any ideas???
