A friend of mine has almost 14,000 miles on his Grizzly and has only had one problem with it. One coil of the stator burned out after 13,000 miles. I haven't heard anything about the long term durability of the BF.

A Grizzly is super reliable and if someone thinks a 700 does not have enough power for their trails , then their trails must be paved roads.
Show me a trail(Road more like it) that allows 40 mph and I,ll show you a trail that's boring and a truck could go down or 2wd sport ATV.

You and "paved roads". Sounds like a broken record to me.

Well if you are going that slow you might as well go on a hike.

I love to see a pic of these 40mph trails. These are our trail conditions in Northen Ontario.good luck getting over 10mph on any kind of ATV.
Even when there groomed smooth in the winter our 100mph sleds barely get over 40 most of the time.

Here is a fast trail but you might as well just stay in the truck or car .

Cool pics. Which search engine did you use? I'm pretty sure that i never said i go on 40 mph trails. Not once.

Lots of room to blow the wheels off of your 350!

To each his own. We ride mostly on the kinds of trail conditions TLC talked about. It's fun when we can get up to Northern Maine where there is some open road-like trails where we can really get moving. Personally, I prefer an area that has a mix of both technical, slow stuff, and some open road trails where you can get going.
Back to OP. Brute Force for low end grunt and high end speed. Yamaha Grizzly for more reliability and longevity.
