Default Carb issues on sportsman 300--08

Have 2 of these bikes . The one that was in the shop is doing better .The other one I put a new needle jet in carb. Cleaned carb--put in better fuel quality fuel filter and flushed hoses , cleaned fuel tank again . Had fine grit in it .Bike runs better but at @ 20MPH it starts to sputter and bog ........What did I miss.... When backing off gas and hitting she seems to want to go then bog ...Feels like its close to running right ..
Shes a fickle be-otch...

Bogging is usually because jets are still stopped up, fuel filter stopped up reducing flow, needle and seat sticking, plus if you just cleaned the carb and didn't replace any worn parts, this could still be the problem.
