I have a coolster atv with no spark. What I have done so far is replace stator because I was only getting 36 volts Ac. Replaced coil and Cdi box. I also tried the voltage regulator with another one I had laying around. When I turn key on shouldn't I have 12 volts going to coil? I've tried everything I can think of any help would be great before I go crazy!!

 

I am also still getting 36 volts with new stator
