Plowing snow with an ATV

I need some advice, and I know this is the best place to go.
The road to my house is 3/10ths of a mile, wide enough for one car with a little extra room on the sides. Part of the road is 30 degrees for about 200 feet.
I just bought a 2002 Arctic Cat 500i auto. Is this big enough to plow a road like this. I live in West Virginia, and we can get a lot of snow here in a good year (I know you Canadians are laughing pretty hard right now).
I bought my house a year ago and got an old beater pick up, 4 wheel drive, with a plow in the deal. The truck is pretty unreliable at best.
Should I buy a plow for the Cat or work on the truck?

I use my 500 to plow and it works great !!
They have the power to do the job. But as the others said, you are exposed to the elements. I never minded that part. It's more like playing around than anything.
Go for the atv plow!! Make sure you take the extra time to wing back the wind rows. Otherwise as the winter goes on and the wind rows get bigger, you may lose valuable road space!!
Have fun!

Just picked up an extra little goodie for my 60" Moose County plow setup. An amber strobe light that will plug into my 12V accessory outlet! Just a little extra safety precaution in case the wind is blowing the snow around, and(or) it is snowing hard, and the neighbors will see me coming and going when I plow.
