Default is this a good deal?

I know a guy that has a prairie 650 with a wench and 800 miles for $5200 the atv is in good shape and I can probally talk him down to $5000. Also if i get it Ill be puting 27in 589's on it and was wondering is the black spring and a snorkle would be enough to make up for the power loss? If I have to jet it I have no ideal how many feet above sea levle I,m at so I dont know what to jet it for. I live in east ky I can see WV from my house so if you can tell me that would be grate.

Missed this post. $5K is fair price for that bike, assuming it is in decent shape. You can buy new for $5999.00. You'll have to shop the net to do it, but they are out there.
