27" 589's on a 2003 Foreman 450??????
i personally would go no bigger than 26". i own rubicon with 25" gators with go pretty good and no loss of power. my brothers own praires and they put 26" titan 589"s and 26" gators on and feel a loss of some power. they also look huge. any bigger i think is overkill. tires only take you so far, the rest is hrd work!

I have 27 inch 589s on mine. They are on Rubicon aluminum wheels, which have the same offset as stock steel ones so that is not an issue. If you go with a 12inch wide on the front it will rub on the shock/spring on a hard turn, especially when loaded. Other than that, no problem. I would guess that a 10 inch wide would be fine. You can see them installed if you look at my pics.

I have 27x9 front and 27x12 rear on my '98 450s on stock wheels and suspension with no noticable power loss and no rubbing anywhere. My frame greatly appreciates the added ground clearance, and I enjoy rearely getting stuck, and not fixing flats anymore.
