'74 H1 and '71 H2

Had the H1 new. Ran 13 flat qtr mile then a few bucks later low 11's with a denco pro cobra 90.
The '71 H2 was built by someone else. That sucker had three Lectron 40mm flat slide carbs. Ran low 10's. This was in 1975. Ya that's nothing now, 35 years later. It was BAD back then. Ring-ding-ding.

Only pics are photographs. The H1 was brown when new but I had it painted Trans Am blue when the denco motor went in. The H2 was a custom orange with gold leaf oriental Kawasaki lettering on the tank. I also had a stock white '72 H2 and a stock blue '73 H1. I still have the WM-6 rear wheel with the roadrace slick, some wasted cylinders for the H2, H2 swingarm and koni rear shocks that I had on the H1. My ears are still ringing those days at Kil-Kare drag strip. My brother has my leather suit as I no longer fit in it. He probably wont fit in it either at this point.

One of the things Ive ended up with over the years is a complete 500 engine..new crank, pistons, etc..2 sets of cylinders...Always wanted to put it in a odyssey or something like that..instead its been sitting in a box for about 20 years.

Even cooler when the light turned green..Got any pics of the machine around?
