Can anyoje help me figure out what motor, gears, etc. I would need to set up an electric start system for my 440 BSE off of a 72 motoski zephyr?

That is quite an undertaking. I'm not sure if the engine you have is equiped with a ring gear(some engines came with them with or without electric start), but if not then you need a flywheel with ring gear, proper starter, a coil backing plate set up with charging coils and the rest of the electricals, wiring harness or at the least a wiring diagram, of course a battery and a spot to install it, new ignition switch........ which you may already know this and asking a simple question that I do not know the answer to. You might be better to find an engine or wrecked sled already set up for that and transfer the parts.

You want to put a R6 engine in a FL250 Odyssey? Are you going to add rear suspension?

Im considering it...lol. makes for a rough ride if i dont. Sedona rebel 25" tires on the rear, springs and rubber bushings to the seat, should take some of the roughness outa the ride for now. Eventually ill put a swivel hinge and shocks between the rear of the frame and the roll cage for suspension. Where its ridden for now is relatively flat, so itll work til i get time to redo the rearend.

Im curious how it handles with that much power.. Ive built a few highly modded Odysseys in my day.. they became evil handling machines with more power..(highly modded 250's) but we rode them in the dunes..

I would love to see pics of the finished machine.
