I heard that Capitol Forest is now closed in Olympia. I know the orv park is closed but does anyone know if Rock Candy is closed.

 

I think just the orv park is closed.

 

Do the hunters not get their turn.

I thought they at least closed a large portion of it.

I could be wrong.

 

Captial forest (Rock Candy) is open until Oct. 31st, but there are hunters in the area so if you feel ok with people shooting close by you can ride till the 31st. I just came back from there a couple hours ago and it was great.

Na it was just me and a buddy of mine. There was a ton of other people there but I did not see any vehicals that I was familer with

 

October 31 thru April 1, or 31, the trail system at Capital is closed, all logging and secondary roads are open year round. The trail system being north rim, mount molly waddell loop, ect. Hunters will be there until the end of November, if I remember correctly.
