There are no legal trails to the falls; yet you might want to join the owner of the Tahquamenon Hotel in Hulbert on one of the organized rides he holds each year; which uses his "connections" to get there (private landowners).

Think about staying with Rich as Hulbert is located pretty centrally to some decent riding and has the added benefit of somebody who knows the local regulations (make sure he's going to be there first or one of his employees knows the ropes).
