Opinions wanted.
There is a set of billet 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum tie rods on ebay for $37.00. Are these strong tie rods? Strong enough to hit trees and stumps with? LOL.
Auction ends today so any help would be appreciated.

 

Personally I've never ran them but I seen a guy w/ some on his quad last year @ the flattrack races that got tangled up & it bent the hell outta it [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] dont' think I would put them on, I like mine they are triple stregnth[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] I've taken & given some pretty hard hits & not a ding!! Anyway if your tryin to shave weight I say go for it but for the kind of riding you do, I just dont' think I would take the chance but then again I just might not know what I'm talking about HAHHAHA

Skagit Motorcycle Club with the help of Waste Management needs your help to
clean up garbage at Walker Valley. Help us to keep our favorite playground
clean (and open). Show the community that we are good citizens!

Sunday October the 3rd we will meet at the parking area at 9:00 to organize
and disperse to get things going. Bring gloves, boots, rain gear, etc.
Pick-up trucks will be a big help. There will be a big dumpster at the
parking area to deposit the trash.
