TP or RG when are you guys planning on going to Moses Lake? The reason i ask is because it sounds like Regan is wanting to go. Jeffrey was at my house yesterday and it sounds like he wants to head to the dunes too. I gave the date of New Years and Regan said that sounded good. But i haven't said anything to Jeff yet. Are you two up for it? Let me know if and when you guys are going maybe i can get Regan to change to when you guys are going.
We are going the 15th and 16th, if there is snow. We are racing 1 1 05, so tell regan just to wait a dam 2 weeks. If he waits I'll bring him glow in the dark safety ribbon.

What an awesome fun day of motocross! The weather was great for December, we saw Kory Ellis (the kids got autographed posters), the racing was good, and NOBODY GOT HURT (clapping hands!)

Bill took wonderful pictures, the track was fast with very good jumps.........what can I say except........

Cheech, as fabulous as you did, you were beat by a girl

too bad it wasn't me

The guy in the 40+ class got up and walked away so that was good.

That other girl in our class was pretty good too bad she got the wrong gate in the 2nd Moto LOL....... She might have placed a littler better. O-well I think she was there just haveing fun and not racing for any series points.

Marci did you talk to them about moving points from 12/5 race to the 30+ class?

Andre did good I didn't get a chance to talk with him after the race. But I think he got 3rd over all.

So who had gone to the ice race and do they have any pictures???????????????
We went but a camara never entered my mind.

What a great start to the kids winter Vacation.
Haven't I said before how much I like Tam being on the same schedule as the kids???
So when the kids are off, she is off. Lots more time for Family stuff.
Well today was the first day of winter break, so Tam is off for two weeks.

And............start the Christmas shopping at some point....maybe I'll do that next week

Sean; Say when and I will be there; except tomorrow is the wife's surgery is in the am, so that's out and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are out as I want to live past any of the afore mentioned dates. But other than that I am open and ready to ride. I finally got the 400 off the trailer this afternoon after getting a new tongue jack that Sean broke on saturday night. I called the dealer and he wants to see the linkage as he does think it was assembled wrong. So wednesday morning I have got to try to get it to him, but we will see as if the weather is nice I might have to ride.

I had a great time at woodland! Wesley, the guy that went with me, did awesome in 4-stroke amature- 1st place... i think he had a good time too. the santa trophy he got looked cool!

as loki said, i took 3rd in the 30+ class, but i didn't get it without a fight. i had riders breathing down my neck both motos all the way to the finish(took 4th in moto 1 & 3rd in moto 2)... Loki & the 1st place rider just walked away from us. i was wondering why there was 10 riders on our 1st gate & only 8 on the 2nd?.. i was realy hoping to trophy... but got hosed- missed it by one place(again)!

it was really cool seeing Kory Ellis in action again. i took his MX riding class in July, I said hi to him before the race & he gave me a smile when i passed by him after my 1st moto on my way back to my truck.... i think he was surprised i didn't crash

Saturday, january 1st, there is a XC hare scramble at Longview... it's called the 'hangover'for good reason, lots of folks are still recovering from partying! it's not too far away, so come on out!!!! good thing is quads run at 1:30 PM(signup is at 12:30). ( so- plenty of time to sleep in!) cost is $10 gate fee, $30 race fee... they have classes for both utilty & sport quads. be early, i've seen them run quads earlier than expected.
if you want directions & more info see the FLYER

i've raced this course twice & it's been different both times... definitely some great XC terrain!

I did go to the ice races. For the most part I had a great time. The nitro burner bikes and the outlaw quads were very cool. The ice breaker quads were quads (the only thing cool about them) and the gocarts were just that. Kinda like a moped. cool to ride, not very cool to watch others ride them. There was one moron in the ice breaker quad class that comes out withoout running the heat race. He is complaining about starting gate assingments. So he goes to the end of the arena and starts doing donuts. They finally take a few minutes to iron out the gate, and dumb dumb is still doing donuts? They finally get them all lined up and dumb dumb (who is wearing jeans and tennis shoes) only gets two laps in before he looses power. I'm glad he never got his machine refired.

The big embarassment of the night was the EMS staff working the races! They had a guy PACK the wall and he darn sure hit really hard. He laid there on the ice for 5-7 minutes, the announcer in paging them, the crowd is on there feet booing the ems guys. They finally get too the ice and the booing gets really loud then. It was loud enough that the EMS guys put on there headsets to avoid the noise. These guys are susposed to be next to the track when racing is going on. WTF? You guys are a disgrace! I will not race an event that those guys are working. That was complete bull$hit.

No I did not get photos. Sorry!

Tractorpacker- where were you sitting at the ICE races? I was next to the Cycle Barn Booth, sitting in the upper level. Turn 4 level 2 to be exact.
