Naa my Qtrhorse took care of my leg when we crashed on a clay hillside and she thought my leg looked like good traction. its alright just a could hoofprints on it. My head hurts cuz the Girl(16yr old to boot) i was showin some defense moves to got a lil outta control and busted her fist on my temple. she hit me so hard its made her knuckles bleed. worse yet when i was takin her down she kneed me in the chin then rolled out and clocked me. I think it was intended for my arm but i tried dodgin it. Oh well looks like my teachins worked for her

Hey Maggiesboy,

Is there any way I can get a copy of the owners manual for the Chatterbox FRS X2?
I didn't get one with mine.

We picked up a couple of 120's... for the most part we just turned them on and stuck them in our backpacks... but we checked out all the features before we took-off. The one feature I like the most is called Polling... After you key-up your mic.s on the same channels, your ID shows up on eachother's unit. Once the IDs show up, you can select them and "Poll" their location and get all the stats on direction and distance from your location. Didn't have to use that feature this time .

After we were done with a ride we looked at the track-log (kinda neat to see all the times we turned around), distance... time moving, total time.

We have three other communicators they work good with as well.

I bought a garmin 45 gps for my boat about 10 years ago and it quit working a few months ago... this unit far exceeds my expectations for a gps. Having the communicator in the same unit is nice too, expecially with the Polling feature. I only bought two, but I might be picking up another so we all have one.

sweet. Im in the process of gettin at least one for the time being. and probably 2 or 4 more in the near future. I think i am backing down from the 130 thats an insaine amount of cash for a barometer and compass Hopefully they have the 120 at the PX. i should know tomorrow if the do I will prolly have one this weekend or next. i prolly gonna not be so nice and make everyone else buy their own but ya never know sometimes i feel in a giving mood and buy em stuff.

Do those 120's have radios in them that can communicate with the Chatterbox FRS?

I don't know specifically about the type you listed, but they do communicate with the popular RFS communicators that have been out for the past 7 or 8 years. They also have opened up more frequencies that allow the communicator's distance from 2 miles to a 5 mile range. The Rino's have to be set to the other frequency (channels) to use the additional range (but those channels won't communicate with the other radios).
