Ahhh, Hannegan Speedway, the pride and joy of a lil mountain towns motor-sickle club. It first got the better part of MiniMadMan at the end of his second practice session. He left the track, at the exit point and he yard saled himself end over end. bent the fiddy's handlebars, drew blood from his elbows. He walked back to the pit area on his own, drying his tears in the process. A big thanks to Bobby Sandvig, for playing nurse. Brandon had to run on the track at the same time with up to 90cc. A lil bit confusing to watch. He ended up with first in the fiddy class in his heat. His main event was an exact replay of the heat. He brought home a first place, motor- sickle topped chunk of hardware. (he wants to keep it that way, he says its funny lookin"
My races/ track testing sessions...............I GOT SCHOOLED! 4th out of 4. Bottom line, I'm too fat, with a stock motor, I can't compete on the big tracks until sumpin is done. I was a half lap down from what I can judge. My fofiddy ran good (after I turned the fuel to reserve), just not enough grunt!
We should have left for Pacific Raceways hours ago for mini to run his 40, after last night, he is really sore, I'm really tired, and that machine needs to get a phat bottom (widened a few inches) So, the Pellham crew is around the house today.
TP, you drive your truck rather SLOW!

The way you ride, I can't believe anybody could beat you, your 450 must have been runnning poorly. What did you do to your motor in your secret laboratory?

I would like to say, for the record, I WAS RIGHT ABOUT RMC! It was funny to see all of those guys racing into Hannegan, after RMC CANCELLED THE FLAT-TRACK RACES AT 4:00PM! That is what I was told a couple of weeks ago from the track director, but everyone doubted me, that is fine, AT least I won that deal!
Originally posted by: TractorPacker I am not the best, but I never thought I was. The 450 ran good it was chassis set-up that was out. It got a port job and a higher compression piston. It is better then it was but need a little something.
Was that the TT track you guys were running on?
TP, I wish I could have had a camera to take a picture of you on three wheels coming out of of turn 4. Your left front tire was a couple of inches off the track. (Timmy Farr style)

My geo metro books at 275.00 and still gets 42 mpg. I'm not sellin' the featherlite for 275.00 to some shmuck. that thing is worth GOLD with gas prices as high as they were.
