The 20th is the next Walker ride. The DNR has been in contact with the shop, with a great review by the way. SPCB is "adopting" the trails at Walker Valley. We (the barn) thought the downfall of the ride on the 23rd was the numerous trail closures. We want to do something about it, (more than just raise money) so we are going to be getting dirty and getting trails reopened.

We are going to get down south. Where is it going to be? Capital? Tahuya? Somewhere else? Why don't one of you south-enders come up with a date, and PM me or call the shop. Remember this...it must be a SUNDAY.

My original thought was to do a "big" ride every 3-4 months. (quarterly) We put up alot of money to make that ride happen. I just don't think we need to do monster ride so soon. I would like to go to a ride and get more seat time. I don't have a problem with helping out at the tent, I would prefer to get to ride more. Yes it was my fault that I had to turn around to get refueled, but that is what happens when you get back to the tent, people don't ask what your doin, and they bail out leaving you there. I'm ready to ride for a couple of months and be content with PB and J.

 

When you crash, and you will, whose gonna help you get you mangled quadcycle back to its wheels and on the trail??? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] huh huh?? I know bbtats is a tough texas hen, but them quadcycles is big
