I was just going to use MS word, because i know i have that. Letter head templates, i'm not sure if i have that on my home computer. I haven't checked. I was just going to do something basic. I was going to have his logo in the right corner and then have a box of some type for the to and from, with the message thing in the middle of the document. Does that sound right?

 

Thats what i was talkin about. set up a template in word so you just open it and start a new doc from template and it throws in his letterhead (graphics junk at the top of page) and contact info and signature line at bottom with a memo field in da middle. so basically yeah. Like this

LOGO(centered)
Date(left) Serial #(Right aligh)(to be all official and stuff you can assign serial numbers to the letters that way its easy to track for legal purposes)
Contact Info(for the person he is sending to)(left Align)
Subject (left Align)

Dear mr. bla bla bla
yadda yadda
yadda yadda

Sinceryly

(area for wet signature)
Justin (i dunno his name)

Across the bottom in the footer you put (phone number) * (Address) * (Fax number)

Pretty scary stuff I"m tellin ya, he'll have his lips yapping when he gets off the bus LOL

Kym, I'm not sure what i have on my computer. I use to have alot of stuff on it, until i took it in to Circuit City to get the CD-Rom fixed and they erased everything. Now it just has the normal BS on it. I have dled word, and acouple other softwares on it.
