LOL My boyfriends friend was thinking about borrowing his works lowboy and hauling a cruizer, CJ5 Jeep and all the quads he could fit on it over to Moses one yr. But his boss wouldn't let him, because they didnt' have insurance for the truck in eastern washington.

Nope, didn't trade in the trailer.
Now I'm having doubts about selling it.
With this big freaking trailer I have now, would be nice to keep the smaller one for just taking short trips and making dump runs. But I'm not really sure what I'll do with it, heck, I'll prolly never figure it out so it will just sit around.

 

Does anybody have an idea what the cost would be for a survey of a piece of property to determine property lines, say 12,000 sq ft?

Warriorqueen: I'm in the process of re-doing my letterhead, personal marketing and such. My middle size real estate company was aquired by a LARGE real estate co.

I Use MS word (v.2002) and Publisher (v.2002) for most things. The neat thing is Microsoft has on-line clip Art and templates, and I access right from the program. I'm getting ready to set up invoices and letterhead for a contractor friend of mine

Larry, surveyors can cost a couple thousand dollars (or more!), we only use them if there is a boundry dispute or like in new construction where we have small lots and have to put the house exactly

If it's to replace a fence, I recommend that you talk to the neighbor and come to a mutual agreement on the line for the purpose of a fence. (fences to not make a property line) Call me If I can answer any other questions, (you have my number)
