I got the T-bird in the Air yesterday to see what the creek rocks did to it on the way out of Reiter

It was nothing a big crow bar couldn't fix! A welded cross member, About a foot across was pulled back and up and the exaust pipe was touching it, cousing the vibration........

So, instead of NOT driving roads like that, maybe I should get a skid plate for the Bird
Just put hydrolics on all 4 corners that way you could lift it when you have to drive roads like that!

My Toyota POS Pickup was dragging on rocks through the creek too.

Cause I'm at work. They can watch what we do in real time. So don't really want to get in there
Plus just getting ready to go, have to head out to elementary school for a family night and hang out with the kids for a while. Let 'em play on the engine and give out stickers and helmets. Should be fun.

Be back to read later................

Found 12 miles of trails and roads we had never seen before. About ten mile of them technical trails thru the trees and up and down around and thru everything imaginable. Found the access to cross the Shelton-Matlock Road to a whole new area. Will check that out next time out. Saw 2 other rides all day and they were in the parking lot. This weekday stuff couldn't get any better.

Can you tell me where you guys stage at when you ride up at lake trask? I went up the road and came to a gated community at the end of the road so I guess I must have gone past the parking area. I hear there is some good riding out there but I have never been out that way, mostly ride the Tahuya area.

Wouldchip; I live at the other (west) end of the area Bing rides. I have seveal ways in and parking at private homes for vehicles. I and a couple of other old guys ride during the week as well as on weekends.
Wouldchip, Like a dummy I forgot to welcome you to the forum. So welcome and come ride with part or all of the group.

Hey bear, let me know what kind of ammo i should bring. Since i won't be bringing a gun i would feel better if i atleast brought ammo.
WQ; I will list what I have and you can choose or you can get back to me with questions. The first group will be what I think would be best for you.

22 Long Rifle in rifles and pistols
38 Special in pistols
357 Magnum in pistol
22 Hornet in rifle and pistol
223 Remington in rifles and pistol
22-250 in rifle
7.92X39 in rifles(cheap and fun, I can supply ammo and you reimburse)
30-30 in rifles
250 Savage in rifle
20 gauge in shotgun (Have shotguns for small people too)

41 Magnum in big pistol
44 Special in pistol
45 ACP in pistols
44 Magnum in rifle
270 Winchester in rifle
308 Winchester in rifles
45/70 Gocernment in rifles and pistol
12 gauge in shotguns( both shot and slugs)
Bear, is that all? My good friends down south would call you a "Lewis County Liberal" or in your case a "Mason County Liberal." Of course you are probably leaving the artillery off your list. Smart move, don't let the feds get on to your cache of hardware.
