Wow, there is alot of riders going to Rock Candy. I haven't really been paying attention to the Rock Candy post's so i'm waiting to get my butt chewed. Where exactly is Rock Candy? I tried to find the directions but it must be 20 pages back because i couldn't find them.

No i won't be up for a camping trip until after i get back from Disneyland. I leave on the 27th of April. 21 more days wooo hooo. I have something planned pretty much every weekend until i leave. But i do want to go riding. I might just have to putt around the acres, until i get back from disneyland so i know i wont break anything. If you guys do go up to Darrington let me know, i would be willing to go up there one of the days on the weekend since its so close, and i don't think i would get hurt up there since its logging roads. From marrysville Mcdonalds to rock candy
it is 106 miles
should take you about 1h50min from there
I-5 South to Hwy-101 exit 104
Hwy 101 to hwy 8 (stay left where the hwy spilt to shelton)
follow hwy 8 for about 4.7 more miles and hang a left on rock candy mountain road (you will see a green sighn on your right. just before and you dive into the median to make the turn. Be careful [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img])
the staging area is under the power lines approximatly 2,000 ft or so down the gravel road around a corner. cant miss it. There are chitters that happa likes to be modest and strip in them. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Rock candy shouldnt be a problem. for her. there are only a coupel trails there i would be worried about. and the trail guide should know which ones im talkin about. there is one tricky section on the Northrim where Josh flipped and mad max flipped and i think even ridinlcw did [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] and then there is another trail that heads up the middle gosh i cant recall but it has some tricky switchbacks and its pretty steep with bricks in the way. id suggest keepin her off that one.
