Ok, I'm too lazy to go back and look, when's the next FT/TT race besides Castle Rock on May 27th? When does Oakwood have their races?

May 14th is the Flat-track season opener at Castle Rock. The dates on the 27-28th are the nationals down there.

Morning PSAR... I'm going to have to go and watch some of these races. I have no idea where Monroe or Parkway is. I'll follow some of the links in the racers signatures and see if I can't go watch a race or two.

Took the family down to Cliff's after work yesterday. I was considering the Phoenix because I thought it would work for both my wife and son. My wife took it out for a spin. This was literally the first time she had ever driven a quad. She came back and said it was a granny machine... I'm bursting with pride. They didn't have any Suzuki 250's in, but it looks like that is what she is going to get. The Phoenix was also too big for my 10 year old, so he is probably going to get a Predator 90 (if he keeps his grades up). Hey it looks just like Dad's. So your were right Sean. There wasn't a middle ground. Now I have to figure out if the daddy quad, mommy quad, and baby quad will all play together in my Costco trailer.

It looks like I might make the sand GP at Dune Fest.
Im mainly looking toward the WORCS in Goldendale again. I Might as well kill myself again even though it costs a ton.
I need to beat Loki this time. He got me by 2 minutes last year.

Changing the 700 for the YFZ should save alot of wear and tear on my body.
Hey Todd,
Talk to Loki about Dunefest...I got some cool stuff happening for that

dual-sporter...you should go to dunefest Are you going to the WAC meeting tonight?

Flat Track/TT Raceway Sites:

Castle Rock
Hannegan
RMC

These all have the latest schedules... I know it's difficult to plan too far in advance, but I'd like to know which races people are interested in going to... I'd rather race with you guys than strangers... it's more fun.

I proposed a BBQ to go over race schedules before, I'd still be interested in doing that. This way we could put together a tentative schedule...

My son and I are looking at going to Dune Fest as well...

I have a friend thats been going to Dune Fest for years.

Last year, It took 4 hours to get through the police check point, park, and start riding. That was leaving the hotel room at 7 in the morning. If you go out, you have to get back in line to get checked again.

I'd suggest sand camping if its a possibility. But its not as safe.

Im just letting some folks know before they really want to fight the crowds.
Not to mention the insanity on the dunes.

I'm working on getting around a couple of those issues...

Jedi,

I wouldnt bother with the costco trailer. One guy at the ride said they have a great return policy. 6x8 will fit two full size bikes sideways.
If you have two full size and a mini. That would put you at 6x12.

What about a new deck for the new costco trailer? going from 4x8 to 6x8 and strapping the little ones bike to the gate in front.

I dont know if that kind of conversion is legal, but its a cheap idea.
