Supercross at Qwest field been gone from Seattle for 6 years. About to head out the door to go fill my 3rd row seat.

 

OK, please feel free to chime in with your thoughts.

I think I'm pretty close to deciding on a quad for QuadsMomma(hehehe[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img], hope she doesn't see I called her that)
Pending her liking and approval of course [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
I put the 300ex at the top of the list.
I still like the 400ex and Z400.
But think she would like the handling of the smaller 300ex for what we do most and that is trails, etc.

It's a pretty bullet proof, reliable machine.
Read lots of good things on it, not many bad at all.
It's small enough and will handle well on the trails.
Plenty of power potential for trail riding.
With a few minor mods and paddles, should do all that she wants at the dunes.
Seat is pretty comfy.
Only real negative thing I've read is how the Reverse works.
I played with it in the store and it isn't the best, but doesn't seem to hard to use.

If you have any other comments on pros and cons, or any thoughts, let me know.
I'm still kinda open, because I know you guys may have input and I rely heavily on your comments and experience[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Nothing happening with the lowering project as of yet. I stopped by RMC today and got a flyer, says Flattrack pratice 12-8, Tuesday-Thursday, May 3-5. They had the MX pratice going today, man, it's nothing but jumps in there [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

Before you buy, think about how often you'll be riding her quad, be honest with yourself, don't get her something that you won't want to ride also [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Ya Sean Listen to Happa, He knows all about buyin the wrong quad for the better half......I have inside info that Hollywood really wanted a YFZ450......Happa insisted on the V-forse....now look at his dilemma....A quad that HOLLYWOOD will not ride PER HAPPA!!!!! Just to set the record straight, Hollywood wanted an automatic sport quad, that didn't leave much choice. Times have changed, we'll see what happens in the future, a shifting she will go [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

We have about a dozen or more heading down that weekend. BigDaddy is rolling in on Wednesday, myself and my wife are coming Thursday and so is Nickli & wife. Also more on Wednesday and Thursday and Friday. Should be a very good showing from up here. Last time I chatted with Glen about it he wasn't sure he would make it because of the trip to Louisiana.
I am staying unitl Tuesday May 3rd so I have reserved site #21 for Sunday and Monday night so I hope that site will be left open for me for when I arrive on Thursday. Looking forward to meeting you and the others from down south.

This is Momma's quad. Gotta get her something that she likes, is comfy on, and will ride.
I want her to go riding with us, and want her to have fun and be comfy.
I "think, hope" she will be more comy on the smaller 300 then one of the 400's.
