BTW - those lost hikers have been found just fine. They are trying to bring them down by horseback then to the hospital for a checkup. They are lucky girls, not too smart but lucky!

Poncho Castro Passes



ATV desert racing professional, Alfonso "Poncho" Castro (last years Baja 1000 winner) was killed on Saturday while racing a local desert race in La Paz, Mexico. From what we know at this time, Poncho started the race. Three miles in he drove off a cliff and into heaven.

Poncho always stressed complete safety and rode extremely smart. He was a seasoned veteran with several years of desert racing experience under his belt. It's undetermined as to what made him crash down the cliff.

Poncho leaves behind his beautiful wife, Lupita Castro and his three year old son Alfonso.

Viewing services are Monday evening May 9 at San Ramon Funeral Hall in Rosarito, Mexico. The funeral will be there as well.

Poncho was kind, sincere and constantly went out of his way to help others. He was a genuine person with a heart of gold. He will be missed by many.

I had to drop a quadcycle chassis off at the sandblasters, then go to the office, then to the DOL for tabs for the rappy (found out the goofs had been found) then to the powdercoater to make color arrangments. So I won't be riding granite today, hell I cant even get in my friggin garage now, thay are all plastic covered. (damn painters) they have two hours before I go nuts! I need to tear the rear axle out of the fofiddy to give it an annual[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] looky. make sure she spins nice and easy for the TT race that you punks are going to miss out on![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img] Powder Fab here in Arlington is going to do the coating.

you just need yourself a lil 22 with some CB rounds. neighbors wont even hear you develop your pet cemetary. on the ranch the 22mag works quite effectivly for takin care of stray Toms [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] I can believe how many strays roam around out there.
