Angie, callt hem back & tell them you want a clutch kit(includes the discs & dont' forget springs ) also don't forget the clutch side gasket If you have time (4-5 days) I would go thru Rocky Mountain ATV & go w/ the TUSK clutch it's about $30 compared to $80-$125 & we've had one int he blaster for a couple years now w/ NO PROBLEMS!!!!! Don't forget the gasket w/ that either Good luck
Yeah what she said!!

It is possible that the cable could needs replacing....that's where we are at with one of my bikes (300 or the400), the clutch is good, but the cable is at the end of it's adjustment... So I need a new cable.
I bet it's the 300 that's the SAME thing mine does, we thought the clutch was toast so we ordered a new one well it's STILL sitting in the motorhome those cables are wierd on the 300's I think YES the Honda's are VERY easy to do, the blster is also, easiest way is to use an impact to get the center nut loose or you'll be struggling w/ that ALL DAMN DAY been there done that also LOL

OFC has done quite a few warrior 350 clutchs. and they are really easy as long as you have 1 tool I made it but im sure you can buy it. In order the remove the clutch basket you need a 2 prong offset thingy mojigger. although i think you can use a strap wrench instead around the outside of the basket. just wash the bike tip it up on its side unhook the clutch cable, unbolt the case, Start by skipping around loosening the bolts then remove in a counterclockwise fashion starting at some point you will remember and lay the bolts out in order thats the easiest way i have to make sure they get back in the right hole

Good morning PSAR!
Thanks for the offer Bill, but BigD is bringing his Warrior (basically the same as the 350 Rappy) over for Cindy to give it a try.

Thats what they make tarps for Happa don't feel bad DJ is a "tenter" also Heck if I was tenting it I would think about getting a room @ the bed & breakfast!! Wonder how much that is?

It be about $75.00 a night, alittle too rich for my blood and DJ's a teenager, when I was that age, I didn't even need a tent, just a sleeping bag on the ground
