Got DJ's truck all tabbed up so it's ready to be driven [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Mom will be driving it for now, I get to get all the kinks out of it IF it has any THANK GOD for cell phones [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] naw actually it's a REALLY quiet running little motor sounds brand new, come to find out it's been rebuilt(motor) & has about 27K miles on the rebuild so heck he's ready to go for about 270K more [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] them Toyota's run forever!!
So tomarrow will be it's maiden voyage w/ us!!


Still deciding if we are going to Pacific Raceways, I KNOW I'll want to race [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] maybe we'll see some of ya down there GOOD LUCK to those racing!!

Been there, done that, Val and I had our own Karaoke business for 7 years, I think I've heard the worst of the worst by far and some pretty good ones also, but for the majority of the time, my ears were hurting .

 

OK, since we are not goin to Moses this weekend, is anybody riding in the rain this weekend?? I am thinkin down south, Rock Candy, Tayuha or ???? Maybe Evans Creak. I know it is short notice, but??? Will probably ride on Sunday unless someone chimes in.

 

Well, Bear and Mrs. Bear have returned from the hinterland of central Oregon. Had a wonderful trip, rode a few days and did some shooting and just sittin' around and socializing. Of course the snow tuesday morning didn't do much for me but you can't have everything. Also had hail, rain, thunderstorms, wind, clouds and even a couple of days of sunshine. The Deschutes River looked cold out behind the house, but the hot tub was great. The local nesing pair of osprey however were impressive when diving into the river and catching fish. Not to many people get to see that. Now I will need a week to recover.

 

Ahhhhhhhh, Saturday. I got to sleep in!

Hey BigD, are you coming to Snohomish to the Classic and Antique Motorcycle show tomorrow? I figured you might be interested in it.

I haven't heard anything about the Tahuya poker run this year. Is there not going to be one? I know Cindy and I went to it around this time laste year. That's where we met most of you yahoos!

There were two thoughts on WSQR Poker Runs:

A two day event at Capitol Forest

A one day event at Tahuya in the fall

In order to do the Capitol Forest event the club has to put in a certain number of trail maintance hours, which I don't see happening. There will not be two events at Tahuya this year, so the fall event looks to be the one happening, probably October.
