If I did it, so can you! There's a small double on the big track that is easy and won't kill you if you don't make it. It's great to practice on.
I'm bringing lots of beer for after practice too.
Any double or triple can kill you if your not committed to it. hell that one dude at PR broke his collar bone on a table top not bein commited and did the good ol Front bumper first landing. thats the worst feeling in the world. knowing its gonna hurt before it hurts.

Hey Lisa! I'm gonna put you on the hotseat and have you help keep Marci from hurting herself!

She's been complaining that her hand/thumb hurts, and remember she broke her wrist last summer on a jump at the dunes. (actually it wasn't the jump, it was the landing!)

and does anyone have any ideas, for example, a wrist wrap or something that might help???

She's gonna Kill me when she see's this post!

Some other friends are heading to Manashtash the weekend of the 24th but they mostly ride dirtbikes so I would be up for either camping or the daytrip. It will depend on my daughter and what her plans are, but either way I AM IN!! I will follow up and keep in better touch! Thanks for the invite to Elbe but that is a bit far for me.....

Hi Bill,
Using an ACE wrap can help. Just can't make it too tight or you will end up getting arm pump.

OFC, you have a good point...lack of commitment can really mess you up, but I have no doubt that Marci can handle this double. If you saw it, you would probably laugh. Even if you case it, you won't crash. I'm more worried about blowing the berm after the double than not clearing the double.

thats the worst feeling in the world. knowing its gonna hurt before it hurts.
I couldn't agree more!

You don't like the leg warmers? Ok, ok, but do you like your new ventilated riding gear? Cheech likes his newly ventilated gear... All my riding gear is well ventilated... even the calf of my right boot...

Woking on a heat shield.

You missed out last weekend... there was a DS rider there that needed moral support... got spanked by a preddy. Do you guys have a support group????

If your at work Friday I may come down and see you about that quiet core you mentioned.
Forget the quiet core, we won't be able to hear you when you're hot on our heals as you get ready to push our grab bars with your front bumper

Yeah they get together and race 450r's. Then it's all better.
