What's everybody doing this weekend?

 

Why is it that, 2006 quads are in the showrooms and people are taking delivery of them today back east but they won't be arriving for another month or so around here?

 

I think Val and I will be there to spectate and to look at the new quads that aren't in the showroom yet [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

Yeah, he needs one of them triple axle 30 footers, needs more room to haul that drag raptor along with the others!!!

Ah, so nice to get up early to head back to work!

 

He says it's "illegal" because he doesn't know what he's talking about.

 

I thought maybe because it didn't have a title, but then can't you just tell DMV the title is lost and get a new one issued? Surely he doesn't think it's illegal because it's a 3 wheeler.

I'm headed south to Florence for a couple of days -- leaving tonight after work and getting back Sunday night. The weather looks to be good, mostly sunny with a high of 70 on Saturday and 77 on Sunday.

When I get back my busy travel season starts. I'll be out of town the 3 of the next 4 weekends on business. The 29-31, I'll be in Portland at the American LeMans races. My yard is going to look like crap unless I take time off midweek to catch up in between trips.

 

All you have to do is take the bike to the State Patrol for a Vin number inspection along with your totalled title and then the DMV will issue a new title. This is kindergarten stuff for hot rod builders.
