I have been reading about this race over on the NW Quadriders forum. I have decided that racing will be something I did in the past. But crewing would not be against my beliefs.

Jayna,Nate bent a rim when we were down at Florence last month, I got out the hammer and bent it back! Nearly as good as new. Cheaper too!
Rod,
Good idea, I'll give that a shot. Since it is still holding air(even after all my tumbles) it will probably work. Thanks!
Hey, I know you have the right hammer for the job too! a bright orange "trailer hammer", that will get it!

Default Puget Sound/Seattle NW Area Riders Meet HERE!!!

I hope everybody has a fun and safe weekend.
Hopefully I'll get time to read back through and catch up

Great weekend at Pacific Raceways......

First, thanks Ray for the visit from you and the girls, it was great to see ya stop by Saturday to say Hi

Ash did great. Riding that 250 sure has helped her ride that little LT a lot better
Her riding skills are getting so much better, time to move her into another quad
She got 2nd again, to her rival Nathon. Just can't seem to get past that kid, he's riding a Blast.

I think I had the funnest day on the track yet, probably funnest time riding at all.
I talked Brett into coming out to play on his Scrammy
Without him, I also would have raced by myself....
He went through there "newbie" training and riding on Saturday for practice.
He had a blast and did great.
On Sunday, he raced the "newbie" class and the utility class with me.
First moto was fun, we kinda played cat and mouse.
Second Moto was just him and I, and one Pit Bike. So we decided to ride around together and take all the jump side by side. OMG, we had so much fun. He was launching that Scrammy right with me. It was pretty cool. We were hooting and hollering. Those that were watching, were having fun watching us have a great time on the track. He outjumped me once, he's says that was an accident
We got a pretty good pciture of us jumping the big table top.
It was all fun and good until the last lap He snapped the rear shock piston
Broke it right off and turned it into a low rider....
So I slowed up and finished the race with him............
Pictures will be up as soon as I download them.
He learned the pains of racing though. Boy was he tired and whooped.
He also got some big blisters on his hand that held him back a bit and really hurt. (but not enough to keep him from snapping his shock )

Well,
I think my wallet just got way lighter, and room in my garage just got smaller

We found Ashley a built up LT80 She is so excited........
It has a motor built from a guy on here named LT80.
I was gonna send of our motor to have him build it for me, or find another used LT to pick up and send the motor off. But, the one I found has a motor built by him Pretty great find
I've heard good things about the guys we are buying it from and I have seen their other quads, so I'm pretty comfy that they took care of this one and built it right... It is a proven winner

This could be a spendy venture running that thing though, but we are so looking forward to it
I'm a newbie to this whole thing that's why I liked the stock quad.
So now I gotta whole new game to learn, should be fun

Now I just need one more mini to outfit all the kids

Oh ya BTW,

Anybody have or know a good place to get a rear shock for an '04 Scrammy??
He needs the whole thing, as we had to cut the spring to get it out
Needs to be for an '04 or '05 as they changed the suspension in '04......
He's gonna have the dealer order one, but thought I'd try out here first.
Haven't even found a website to order one, or seen any on E-Bay.
Hayley want a Eton Viper............Soon I hope

Thanks a Bunch
