So you're not going to hotel it? That's great! Maybe you need to go buy yourself an early 50th birthday present. Say about a 20' toyhauler?
My poor ole Bronco won't handle that, I've already done the math and it's just not worth taking a chance even with a 19ft with the weight I'm allowed. I've already been informed that once it's time for bed at Florence, we head to the motel.

You're right, I won't ride it until Florence. Now I just need to find a volunteer to break it in for me before then, I really don't know if I would have any takers though

One of my sons has a contact who will do 5 pieces or less for around 50 bucks. That is if they small. Im thinking upper and lower A-Arms and Front Bumber and Rear Grab bar. Id probably go with the samy grey that they are now but with powder coat. I sprayed the entire bike down with degreaser today and let it sit then hosed it off. Its the best its looked in along time. Im gonna buy replacement plastics for it and get er looking good. Might even graphics kit the new plastics.

Still looking for a solution to clean up the exhaust pipe and muffler.

BTW, how does powder coating stand up to heat? I was thinking about powder coating the two heat sheilds on the pipe.

Shows ya how much I don't know about powder coating, I though it might be alittle iffy in the mud, dirt and water.

My banshee was all powder coat. It was done when I bought it. It was a good finish but a few places chipped underneath the frame. I hit rocks at moses and it would chip, but you could see rusty metal at the chips. i think it was poorly prepped. The powder coat was five years old, though and looked great all in all.
