I wrote and let him know that as a handicapped American I resented being restricted for enjoying the wilderness. Since I can not hike and that hikers are a very small minority of people who use the wilderness that it was unfair to me and other Americans. The auto response from his site is that since I don't reside in his district of Washington that he would not respond. So I guess I don't count, at least in his eyes.
