Did you guys hear about the gun that was found at school by a kid. It was laying in the playground. Loaded gun

If the Liberal would let them, the NRA thru their kid safety program "Eddie Eagle" would teach every kid to react this way when they see a gun. But the Liberals would rather keep kids ignorant and in danger when this kind of thing happens. The NRA teaches this stuff from the article in every saftey class, not just to kids. I will bet that the "Safer Child" source cited stoled their info from the NRA.

"Keep your child safe

Parents are advised to take the following steps to protect their children from guns:

* Always lock up firearms when they are not being used. Don't assume your child will not find the gun.

* Always assume that any firearm is loaded.

* Use a locking device appropriate for the children living in your house. Do not depend on it as a sole safety measure.

* Never point a firearm at anyone, even in fun or as a joke.

* Teach your children that if they see a gun, they should not touch it and should immediately leave the area and tell an adult. Teach them that guns are not toys and that if a friend wants to show them a gun, they should immediately leave the area and tell an adult.

* Do not assume that other adults think the same way you do. Before letting your child play at someone's house, ask if there are firearms in the home and where they are.

Alright, he has a good point. I think maybe we will stick to the 24th, and someone will just have to host another gathering sometime this year, that everyone who missed can attend. Sorry for those that are busy. Next time, I'll work on more notice! lol
We won't be able to make it - my dad will be up from Cali. We're free 10/1-2 and 10/8-9. Oh, well, we'll just make it to the next one.

You are a real good sport to have a party at your house when you aren't there. Wow!
