I played with NWQUADFREAK's idea about a sign up page on the calendar. If there is an easier way let me know, or just do it. I was bored so I attempted it. I'll play with it more to see what else we can do.

Go to the CALENDAR page
click on FILES in the menu box on Left side of screen
Look for the EVENT you want.
To "VIEW" it, click on event name
To add your name or other info, click on "EDIT"
MAKE SURE TO CLICK "SAVE CHANGES" at the bottom of the page

If you want to ADD and event something, click on "ADD TEXT FILE", self explanatory after that

Also check out the GROUP RIDE folder. Let me know what you think, maybe we can do this after each ride/event for others to read. Also feel free to add your own comments to the Rock Candy one I did as an example. I didn't remember everybody, so if you have a list of attendees for the Rock Ride, you can add that also.

OK, I couldn't bring myself to go to bed. I had to keep playing. Let me know what you all think of this idea, this might be a easier contact list. We can add/edit/change our own info when needed. You can even print it out if you want. I just did a table with Name and phone numbers. If you wish more info to be on there, I can add whatever other field you want. i.e. address, e-mail, spouse's name, hair and eye color, you name it. Just let me know.

Go to the CALENDAR page
Click on DATABASE in menu on Left side
Click on MEMBER CONTACT INFO, here you can view info

Click on ADD RECORD
Add whatever info you want to
CLICK ON SAVE RECORD WHEN DONE

Not sure how well it prints, but click on PRINTABLE REPORT to print a list for yourself. OR if you are good with Microsoft Word, you can copy and paste the info into Word and make the font smaller to print out a list for your wallet.

hello, who everybody doing? sorry i could not go with you guys to beverly.by now you guys should know that a ft lewis soldier died a couple days ago when he got hit by an IED he was in my platoon,that sucks.im looking foward to the get back to states so i can break in my new quad.quad4fun im looking foward to ride with you.
