Old PSAR thread - please see the new one
Hey there JOSH14..........
I went back (a long way, hehehe..that was few pages ) to see what was going on.......
First, Don't let anything sour you or get you down on this group.....
As others have said, this is a great group of people, PERIOD.....
You will see that once you come on some rides.......
It's not without little love spats once in a while though......
I See HappaDancer sent you a PM, he is a good smoother outer.
As is everybody else on here, Happa and HottieWood are good people.
I saw what you wrote, and also agree you didn't direct it towards anybody or any profession in general, although the feeling came from your personal experience.
I also don't think it deserved the replies it got..........
BigD is a good guy, I'm sure you'll meet him and see.....
You asked that the stuff be spread out "the best" they could. Sounds like they gave some effort on the first load, but NO effort on the second load(thus all you get is a pile). Now if the driver had tried and just wasn't that experienced, that's one thing. I personally would give them a break for trying. But by leaving it in a pile gives the impression that no effort was made to try and give the CUSTOMER what they wanted.
To me CUSTOMER SERVICE is a huge thing. My expectations are high.......
The CUSTOMER should at least be given respect, listened to, and be able to voice their opinion whether good or bad.
The Business or person providing the service should listen to what the customers wants and what their expectation is. Then be open and honest with the customer, tell them that they can accomplish their request, or if they can't explain what they can do or that they are not sure but will do the best they can to satisfy them.
Sometimes good business's have employees that don't live up to or care about customer service.
To me that is why is is important that whenever we come across that, we notify the business of our displeasure in a constuctive way. Give them an opportunity to fix the probelm and make it right. Most will, some won't.
We all know there are many companies and workers out there that don't give a crap about the customer. When we find them, we don't go back and probably tell others.
There are also many many out there that do care and provide great service. We refer friends and others to them, and we continue to go back....
OK, whewwwww, nough said........maybe...............

I need to change over to the #40 chain SOOOOOONNNNN.......
So ya, I need the 26 rear, and I think I need a 13,14, and 15 front to figure what works right.
So I'll also need the tools to make and break the chain.......
Wanted it done by this races on the 5th and 6th, but not enough time now:
But I've got bigger problems right now. Rear end on the LT is locking up.
Did it twice the other day at the races Luckily got it working for one race,
then did it again after the last race........
I need to tear into it to see why.......
Not sure if its in the axle housing or the gearing.......
