Prime conditions for black-ice... nice...

I'm still going to make the trip, but it will be cautious. My front axle is 4,000lbs, rear is 12,000lbs and the trailer is approx. 3,000lbs. It should be semi-stable, providing no wind. I'm more concerned about RealtorRider towing that trailer.

 

We'll be driving during daylight hours too. Hopefully the temps get above freezing before we hit the portland area. We'll be coming off from I-5 about 30 miles south of Eugene. Medford is where I-5 was closed.

 

You guys have a safe trip and be careful, I'm sure everything will go just fine for ya. Of course you know if you guys need anything, no matter where you are, make some phone calls and we'll do all we can to help.

I'd be more than happy to, but the beer run would fall under YODADDY'S area of responsibility. Wouldn't want to intrude on him.

someone who uses the word Yinz is letting you know he is from a very very very specific part of Pennsylvania. I could be wrong, but i believe it to be in north western Pennsylvania. I have a few friends from that area, I apparently have another.

I used to live in NC (a little closer to Yinzville).

I think we basicly all agree (my opinion).

Weve basicly been baby steppin for while.

I really dont think anything could stop what your talking about from actually happening.

Its just a matter of organization, smarts, time and $.

As an organized group I think we could/will have a very positive impact on our sport.
