Yeah I wish! I just keep finding more that needs fixing or replacing on the Kawi. I hate it when I start taking things apart here and there cleaning and greasing only to find that my swingarm bearings were packed with dirt and sand and rusted in place. Ordered new bearing kit along with that shifter that never came in.

When Lu went to bed last night I said OK i'm gonna throw on the new chain and sprockets and I'll be up. Then comes 1:30am and I had dissassembled the rear Elka and completely cleaned it, Removed swingarm and everything that was attached. All that cleaned and greased and in need of the new bearing kit. Oh and rear brakes pads also.

I should of just left it till next time, NOT.

You should have waited 'till the next trip to Coos Bay, then spend all day hammering the old bushings out and a new set in... and then when you're all done, find an extra spacer layin' around... .
