I share your pain, at home I'm on dial up as well My only other option is directway sat internet. 99.00 down and 99.00 a month or 600.00 up front and 59.95 a month to rich for my blood so I suffer with a 46k baud rate

We have a spot reserved for us at horsfall, 8-16 thru 8-23, if that helps stir the sand dune pot.

Well, it runs and moves(after some clutch cable adjustment)and stops(after some brake adjustment), and no wierd sounds, so I must have put it back together mostly right and didn't ruin all that great motor work from JS Racing. I didn't really romp on it too much down my road, but should be able to get a better idea tomorrow. Wahoo!!!

Capitol is open, you just ride the roads this time of year and not the trails. .
Did any of ya'll see that crap on the news last night.. The guy that lives right past the Rock candy staging area was spouting off about illegal qaud riding and crap in capitol forrest.. I dont get people.. If you move to a place where people ride motorcycles and shoot guns. YOU DO NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO B!TCH ABOUT THE NOISE!!! IF YOU MOVE NEXT TO AN AIRPORT YOU DO NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO B!TCH ABOUT THE NOISE.. you made the choice to move to that area, shut the FOCK UP and deal with it or move. The selfishness of one trys to ruin the enjoyment of the outdoors for many.
I got these 2 e-mails from Dave Haitt at Clout on the article and I let King 5 know how I felt about the biased reporting.

"King 5 just showed a piece on Reiter and Capitol Forest DNR land a few minutes ago. I quote from their very biased piece!

"Illegal shooting." "Illegal dumping," Illegal motorcycle riding"

The only act where they showed anything illegal was the garbage dumping! No clarification was made as to what was specifically illegal about motorcycle riding or shooting! BAD BAD King 5 propaganda.

DNR PR machine generated?

Watch it! Take notes and tell King 5 TV what you thing about this "reporting"!!!!

Thanks,

Dave Hiatt"

"I made a mistake with the prior email tonight. I had only seen the story on King 5 one time and it sounded to me like Reiter Pit when what the really said was "The Pit." PLEASE do NOT mention Reiter Trails (sometimes known as Reiter Pit) in your comments to King 5!

Here is a link to the entire text and video. It is important to all OHV users and gun owners that we watch the video and send our comments to King 5 (Tass?) News!

The gun owners and motorcyclists were not doing anything illegal! They did not haul in the garbage. They may have used it as a target after it was there.

http://www.king5.com/localnews/envir....368b000c.html

I believe the contact information for sending your comments to King 5 can be found at that same link.

I apologize for the error. My hearing is not the best these days. Too much loud Rock-n-Roll, shooting and high speed motorcycle riding I guess! Nothing to do with old age! :-)

Dave Hiatt"

Ah, but the Liberal media, "We know what's best for you because you are stupid", will always give the whinners air time. Whether they deserve it or not. Now if I complain because I am handicapped and need to ride to enjoy those areas, get me equal air time......NOT!
Exactly.. Maybe OFC should become a reporter and report the real story. Im gettin fed up with this crap. why is only one voice heard around here? Im gettin fed up. Do i have to pull a timothy Mcvay or some crap to be heard? what does it take. I am handy with nitrogen based explosives. I can make a statement.. But that aint how it should have to be.

You by yourself couldn't come close to balancing the torrent of lies, but it couldn't hurt.

True statement, but if I'm going to drive 800 miles to the dunes, I want it to be 70-75+ dergrees. That's any time between June and September.
