Oregon loves to enforce their noise regs and the sand is at 93db instead of 99db like the rest of the state.

 

Haven't been to SL in a couple years, so I don't know how they are now, but last time I was there, they didn't enforce any db limit. Florence does.

I've never seen any db checks at Sandlake.

 

I am a senior citizen.

During the Clinton Administration I had an extremely good and well paying job.

I took numerous vacations and had several vacation homes.

Since President Bush took office, I have watched my entire life change for the worse.

I lost my job.

I lost my two sons in that terrible Iraqi War.

I lost my homes.

I lost my health insurance.

As a matter of fact I lost virtually everything and became homeless.

Adding insult to injury, when the authorities found me living like an animal, instead of helping me, they arrested me.

I will do anything that Senator Kerry and Senator Kennedy want to insure that a Democrat is back in the White House come next year.

This is just my guess [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]...........The pretty people and the ECO-greenies don't like Quads or sand toys of any kind or the peps that use them.........so they just try (making MORE/DOUBLE laws) to make it harder on everyone that uses the dunes.......

If they can chase us away then the spotted fin-fin will not fly across the dunes it will walk. Then they will be able to view it with all that nature has to offer.....

 

If you are mellow around the sound police, you will get away with more noise, then if you wheelie by him in 4th gear. Keep an eye out for the State pickups, and ride quiet around them.

Thanks for the "condolences" on my 300 [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] we started examining it more & we will be putting it back together & taking it to the dunes, it isn't a major area(kinda like "open space") doesn't hold oil so Ron thinks it'll be OK, if it survives the dunes it may look for a new home if it DOESN'T make it thru the dunes it will be looking for a new bottom end or sompin' I can't stress over it anymore!!! Ron & I talked once we get some other bills paid HE will be getting a 450R more than likely & I'll take his 426 [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] we can share the 450 & we will be going w/ the Honda due to price & he's a HONDA LOVER haha but thats down the road, believe me I asked it we could do it for our anniversary LOL, but it's all good my lil' blster looks good now too!!
