Not sure, but probably just pulled something in the lower lumbar area.
If I do anything wrong, I yelp like a baby and it hurts like a SOB.......
Oh my gosh is freaking hurts, yuck.
Pain meds are good, I'm back up for a minute, but kinda dizzy to read and write..

With Peyton's broken arm, we are not going to Moses this weekend(we are still going 24, 25 & 26th)
If not, maybe the wife and I will go to Rock Candy and ride logging roads. How far is this from Arlington? We are 30 miles south of Seattle, so it all depends on on much farther for a short ride.
