Good news is they have a false sense of accomplishment and pride in their work.. latel;y they been going for comperable wages and this will proce them outta work. I helped a buddy doin pickup on houses that was mainly mexi built. he was the Cracker in charge, so mescan crew builds then he got to fix. we spent lotta time fixin stuff. Ive seen some things by these crews that you would think a 5 yr old could do better.
