Bing you gotta remember were a lower class of loosers we can't afford to have the bling bling interior finishes Interiopr finishes can cost more than the whole finished shell if you dont watch your greenbacks
Yeah, $50K plus cabinet packages. This is not including doors and millwork or labor for installation!

Well, I guess that speaks for the types of houses I work on!
Yes it does. whenever your workin with "real" wood and real rock in the interior you know that joints costs just went up 30 bucks a sqft next lets take a look at sinks and fixtures. there goes another 20-30 a sqft.. when you dont need the fanciest chit on the market and can pass with function over glitz its allot cheaper

mex!
Good news is they have a false sense of accomplishment and pride in their work.. latel;y they been going for comperable wages and this will proce them outta work. I helped a buddy doin pickup on houses that was mainly mexi built. he was the Cracker in charge, so mescan crew builds then he got to fix. we spent lotta time fixin stuff. Ive seen some things by these crews that you would think a 5 yr old could do better.
Tell me about it! How about an inch out of level in six feet on the kitchen floor and the wall leaning out 3/4 inch!
Real fun setting and hanging cabinets there!
And this was a $650,000.00 house!
