How come all the sites at Belfair State Park are already booked up for the summer? Is it that camping at State Parks is so popular because of the closeness of these parks to the metro area? Has anybody had any experience with trying to book in State Parks?

 

I'll be there too. I reserved site 19 and ordered a set of Sand Stars for the Z400 last night. I have never ridden on the dunes before and look forward to this trip! What else do I need? A flag? Permits? Fornt stock tires ok?

Another thought that crossed my mind today. As an ex-smoker, I realized that this summer is my 20th year anniversary for quitting, I didn't feel that young when I quit, now I look back and say 20yrs ago, dang, time is going by pretty fast.

You need a flag. The Washington stickers are good in Oregon. I say the stock front tires will work fine, for your first trip. Just run them really hard.
