BE CAREFUL ON WHAT KIND OF VALVE JOB THEIR TALKING ABOUT!!!!!
Are you talking about drinking in the garage and acting like we are working on the quad.
there are valve ajustments that really mean adjusting the Valves, and the there are the expensive ones that add horsepower and displacement

It's easy if you have the right tools

Front plastic , tank, intake and exhaust covers off
Check the clearance with a feeler gauge
They're either gonna be tight, loose or just right

Motion Pro sells the feeler gauges and a nifty little Tappet Socket Set that makes the job alot easier

The shops probably check the intake and if they're close, they may not adjust them, the exhaust are almost always within tolerance

Bing, when I had Montazuma's revenge I lost 15 pounds in 3 days. All from dehydration.
You really should be checked out by a doc. Vital organs shut down quickly when dehydrated.
thanks Rod,,,,i agree

still cant hold anything down,,,,maybe 10 oz in the last 20 hours

trying to bring the temperature down 1st,,,,101.5

might be rolling to the doc tonight,,,,if i dont normalize

anyone have any good suggestions for food poisoning? Been spraying out both ends for 12 hours,,,,,,and I am very dehydrated now,,,,and cant hold down water.

I repeat,,,food poisoning,,,,no alcohol at all in the last 48 hours.

gonna get an intravenus needle if it goes much longer
pedalite kiddie beverage, it will put the goodstuff in ya. If you can keep it down for as little as 5 minutes, you will begin to feel better.
i kept it down for 2 hours,,,,then right back out

pedialite is what the pharmacy recommended
