I wouldn't be braggin' about 7mm, thats all I know.
And what's wrong with the 7MM?

A 7mm is the caliber of choice for guys who can't shoot 30-30's and need more power. Real men shoot big bores (40 cal. and above and .458 and above for true believers). Or they use mouse calibers (.224 and down) for the long range stuff with wimpy, get blown around by the wind bullets for a challenge.
And here I was thinking you were an old guy that knew what he was talking about. If you like to guess where your bullet is going I am sure those are alot of fun but I usually want to hit exactly what I am shooting at. It's an accuracy thing call me crazy
Well, normally I shoot 405 grain bullets and nothing moves them off their trajectory. Sometimes I use 460, 500 and 525's and with any of them there is no doubt what you hit, it falls over.
I have shot all of the above and your right, when you hit it; it falls over. And for some purposes these may be the perfect rounds. But the ballistic coefficient of the .284 Dia 140 grain boat tail bullet shot from a 7MM Remington Magnum with 64.2 Grains of H4350 is .556 Much higher then you will find in any of your larger calibers making this a more accurate weapon especially at long distances. And for the record when you shoot it at an 850lb bull elk at nearly 800 meters with a properly placed round it still falls over. To each their own I say. By the way Bear what the hell are you putting a 525 Grain bullet into? You got an old 600 Express laying around or something? If you do I want to shoot it!

45/70 Government!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! An oldie but one of the best. I own a Ruger #1, an 1895SS, a Mauser 1871/84 and a Contender Super 14 pistol all in 45/70. I am working on a deal for a 50 Cal. rifle which involves a double trade and some cash.

Sounds like we should go shooting sometime I think there has been enough gun talk on the ATV Forum for one day though. Shoot me a PM and let me know where you shoot at!

What part of BULLSH!T don't you understand? An A-10 Wart hog has the bigs auto gun and it is only a 30mm and they built the gun then designed the airplane around it.
You right.. Its prolly bigger than 50mm but i was bein modest

Remember I been floating in the gutter on a couple milk jugs all day.. to understand OFC you must think like him

Tommorrow will prolly be noon, huh? You'll still be a WW though.

Hey wanna mow my lawn, I think the goat ran away. I got some Colorado Cool-aid.
Weeman's daddy works for cool-aid on his days off.

Minimadman's mommy works for them 24-7

DJ is getting to that cool-aid age huh? 16 and licensed... it's about time...
HaHa Dj has seen what kool-aid does to his Momma don't know if he'll be wanting any of that

BUT he said he'd be HAPPY to mow your lawn for you............................................... ........................but it'll cost you :

naw j/k Joely

da cool aides make momma paint da fence

DJ can't mow TP and RG's lawn, I'm jumping thru hoops to locate a goat for my day off. The goat gets a full belly, I don't break a sweat, and TP supplies the cool aid
