If you do a stage II on that rappie, you have to do valve springs. If you are doing valve springs, you might as well do more than drop in the cam. You will start looking at big pile of money, but you will love more power.

I guess if you wanna go cheap, do the stage one. You will feel a difference, and will still have money for a 12 pack of Busch.

 

the powercommander is for fuel injected machines. your unpirate like rappy is a carber nated model. Just a jet kit, pipe, cams, lightened frame, extended swinger, +3 a-arms, elkas, and some minor motor mods from Craycraft will have you running with the Pirate bikes.
