Thanks, I was kinda looking forward to the shift change, too. I probably won't know anything more in two weeks. Not only do they like to leave us hanging, but I am union so they actually have to plan out how to lay us off. Guess we'll just have to break you again when I know more.
On the upside (if there is one) being union may or may not help. I might have some options to stay in the company, even if they offer a package. Unfortunately, it might mean displacing someone with less seniority. I am hoping they either pull their collective heads out and realize that there operational costs are going to skyrocket with this move(Fat Chance) and/or they create positions for us in the region on the same pay level. I am not sure I will be holding my breath for the union to actually stand up for us. Nothing to do but wait now.
I am still going to Florence, come hell or high water. Gonna try to make Easton, too.

On the seriuos side, sorry to hear about that. Hopefully you can get a new position, on days or something.

Found out last week, my job is migrating to California and I am NOT, so I won't know if I will be working or have a whole lot of spare time coming up. Gotta love corporate America. Don't think I will know in a week, might have to shoot for a day ride or something.
