I am not going to be able to make the easton trip. The midgit told me no more trips untill I get a J O B! Hint, Hint.......... Rancher. And once I have a J O B then I can start to play again.
Thanks Brian, I'll adjust the trip roster and maybe see you two next time

Bing, Rod and Jayna - - where is this Double D meat place you all know about?

Is it as good as the place in Easton that Julie, Berta, Jolene and I went to for meat?

Owens (cle elum) has some really good aged and smoked meats,,,brats, bacon, jerky and so on. Double D is more of a full service butcher shop with a huge selection of any type of BBQ sauce you can imagine. I cant leave that place without spending $100.

its at 232nd and 56th in mountlake terrace in a plaza behind a Shell station

Time for donations. Rancher's wife Angie, is looking to anyone that can donate hummingbird feeders. She is bound and determined to break Rancher of his Phobia of Hummingbirds.

I agree, hummingbirds are scary. Anything that moves that fast, and weighs nuthin' reminds me of a snipers bullet

Hey all, well Julie had a setback today. The cornea specialist says that the improvement that we thought we were seeing is minimal at best and the Antibiotics that they compounded are not doing the job like they had hoped. They could not get anything to grow in the culture they took so they don't know what they are dealing with yet other than it's some type of rare, serious infection, either fungus or ameba. They Scraped her eye again and are sending cultures to the UW lab to see if they can get some answers. She is on the strongest antibiotics they have for eye infections. Monday Morn at 8:30 we go back to the cornea specialist again and Julie may end up having to go down to the UW for a biopsy. Right now she says she's not in near as much pain as before as they numbed her eyeball up pretty good so she is resting comfortably for now. Now we wait and hope for the best.

Every cut of beef from top sirloin to rib eye is the same price per pound. Right now I believe it is $5.89 per pound. Some of the best rib eye's you'll ever have, about an inch+ thick. Great T-bones and Porterhouses too! Oh, and their rib roasts are great on the bbq!
